Our Team
Dan Robles
Dan is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial services and real estate industries. His expertise includes commercial real estate acquisitions and development, financial analysis and modeling, and corporate finance. Dan began his real estate career at Lowe Enterprises, Inc. as a Real Estate Analyst, where he successfully closed over $450M in value-added commercial acquisitions and mixed-use development projects. He has since leveraged his expertise to form multiple successful real estate companies focused on redeveloping distressed property in Southern California and acquiring ecologically sensitive land for conservation purposes. Dan is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Jon Raich
Jon has over 31 years of experience in the real estate, financial, and technology sectors. He has worked on over 500 transactions as an investor, broker, or negotiator, specializing in financially distressed properties and high-level negotiations with top financial institutions. Jon's passion for real estate also extends to the conservation and preservation of ecologically sensitive properties, partnering with government agencies to maximize resources. He has worked in business development in software and interactive marketing and founded a real estate marketing entity that launched real estate kiosks in malls across the country. Jon's financial expertise came from his years in the accounting field, working for Deloitte and Touche and a nationwide court reporting entity. Jon is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a B.S. in Business Economics for the University of California at Santa Barbara.
